The top picture was a requested painting by a good friend who has since passed on, Heidi. She asked that I paint her something rainbow, or something patriotic. She too loved the brush stroke theme, and this is what I came up with. She was so happy when I gave it to her, which of course made me happy in return. Love you Heidi!

The bottom picture is a smaller version of the one in my previous post. And the one that my mother loved so much she asked for a larger similar one. Both pictures were done in acrylic.
